卵巢机能无障碍不孕症奶牛的细菌分离

摘  要:确定卵巢机能无障碍子宫内膜炎不孕症奶牛子宫内细菌的感染状态。在调查奶牛不孕症的基础上,对临床确诊为卵巢机能无障碍子宫内膜炎不孕症奶牛的子宫内细菌进行分离鉴定。调查的853头奶牛中患不孕症的占11.8%,其中卵巢机能无障碍子宫内膜炎不孕症奶牛占66.3%,其他原因不孕症奶牛33.7%。卵巢机能无障碍子宫内膜炎不孕症奶牛的子宫内容物均被测定有细菌存在,而对照健康奶牛子宫内容物未有分离到细菌。从临床确诊的67例卵巢机能无障碍子宫内膜炎不孕症奶牛的子宫内容物中,分离到细菌菌株119株,其中葡萄球菌36株、链球菌40株、大肠杆菌36株、变形杆菌4株、芽孢杆菌1株、化脓棒状杆菌1株。本研究卵巢机能无障碍子宫内膜炎不孕症奶牛子宫内的致病菌主要是葡萄球菌、链球菌、大肠杆菌,多为2种细菌混合感染。To identify bacteria to infect inside the womb of infertility milk cow of endometritis being not ovariopathy. Investigated infertility milk cow, separating to authenticate a germ from the womb of infertility milk cow of endometritis being not ovariopathy maked a definite diagnosis. Censused total 853 milk cow, the infertility milk cow has census cow 11.8%, infertility milk cow of endometritis being not ovariopathy shares infertility milk cow of 66.3% , other the reason infertility milk cow share infertility milk cow of 33. 7%. Measured the infertility milk cow of endometritis being not ovariopathy womb contents, the thing all exists a germ. We hadn't separated bacteria from the womb of contrast milk cow. Separated bacteria from the womb contents thing of 67 cases of the infertility milk cow of endometritis clinically is 119 stubs. Aamong them, the Staphylococcus be 36 stubs, the Streptococcus is 40 stubs, the E. coil is 36 stubs, Proteus 4 stubs, the Bacillus is one stub, and the Croynebacterium pyogenes is one stub. Primary pathogen are the Staphylococcus, the Streptococcus, the E. coil in the womb of infertility milk cow of endometritis being not ovariopathy. The most case is infected by two kind of mixed germs .
