摘  要:钻杆腐蚀疲劳是钻杆损坏的主要原因,而探伤检测技术是预防和减少钻具质量事故的有效方法,但仅采用单一的探伤方法只能检测钻杆的某一部位。因此,通过实践,总结出采用复合探伤方法检测钻杆的疲劳损坏,即采用纵波直接接触法检测钻杆加厚过渡带,漏磁检测钻杆本体,最后用超声波测厚复检,并对探伤结果进行分析和应用,形成了一套有效的钻具疲劳损坏检测方法。The corrosion fatigue is a main reason of drilling pipe failure and the inspection technique is an effective approach to prevent and decrease the quality failure of drilling pipes. The single inspection way only detects a certain part of drilling pipe. By practice, the multiple inspection methods are adopted to inspect the corrosion fatigue of drilling pipes, including the detections of drilling pipe thickening passage part by the direct P-wave contact way and drilling pipe body by the magnetic leakage inspecting way, and the reexamination of pipe wall thickness by ultrasonic way at last. An effective inspection way was created to detect the corrosion fatigue of drilling pipe on the basis of analysis and application of inspection results.
