高性能桥梁钢不同钢级埋弧焊性能研究

摘　　要：进行了高性能桥梁钢WNQ570、14MnNbq不同强度级别钢种埋弧焊性能试验研究。结果表明,采用WQ-1焊丝+SJ105Q焊剂匹配14MnNbq+WNQ570钢,焊接接头具有优良的综合性能。采用的焊接工艺及焊接材料达到了大跨度桥梁钢接头性能指标。This paper studies the weldability of suhmerged are welded 14MnNbq and WNQ570 steel plates which are used in the bridge construction with excellent properties. The results show that the excellent welded joint properties of the two grades of bridge steel are achieved under given welding technology matching WQ-1 ＋ SJ105Q. The welded joint has good comprehensive properties, both the welding technology and welding material can fully satisfy the welding technical requirements of the long-span bridge.
