摘  要:通过对实际生产中含铝钢中间包水口结瘤物的取样分析,找出了其产生的原因。结果表明,含铝钢中间包水口结瘤物的成分主要为Al2O3,来源主要为悬浮于钢液中未排除的Al2O3夹杂和二次氧化物产物的聚集。通过工艺的优化改进,杜绝了此类情况的发生。Cause to formation of clogging materials around the nozzle has been discovered by sampling and analyzing the clogging materials around the tundish nozzle in the process of continuously casting the Al steel. Results show that the primary element of the clogging materials at the tundish nozzle is the Al2O3 originating from the remaining Al2O3 inclusions and congregation of the reoxides floating on the surface of the hot metal. The problem has been solved by improvement in the operating process.
