摘 要:研究了RH精炼无取向硅钢和取向硅钢的炉渣对镁锆砖侵蚀的机理。结果表明,镁锆砖抵抗高CaO含量的无取向硅钢渣的侵蚀机理是生成致密的CaZrO3保护层,而抵抗高SiO2和高CaO含量取向硅钢渣的侵蚀机理是生成CaZrO3和C2S致密层。两者都是通过炉渣和基质中的ZrO2反应使得方镁石晶界中的气孔堵塞,从而阻止炉渣对耐火材料的进一步侵蚀。The present paper investigates on the corrosion mechanisms of the nonoriented and oriented electric steel slag on the magnesia-zirconia composite brick in RH. Results show that the mechanism of the corrosion resistance of the magnesia-zirconia composite brick against the high CaO containing non oriented and oriented electric steel slag is found to be the formation of a protective layer mainly composed of the CaZrO3 in high density and on the other hand formation of a protective layer of the CaZrO3 and C2 S in high density is the primary mechanism of the corrosion resisitance of the magnesiazircite brick against the high SiO2 and CaO non-oriented electric steel slag. Reaction between the furnace slag and ZrO2 in the raw materials may very well blockade the blowhole in the grain boundary of the periclase so as to stop further corrosion of the furnace slag against the the refractory materials.
