摘　　要：目的探讨艾滋病患者外周血CD8+CD127+T细胞的变化情况。方法选择艾滋病患者58例和正常人18例,采用流式细胞分析方法检测CD127在CD8阳性细胞上的表达情况。结果在艾滋病患者外周血中,CD4+细胞比例(7.98)明显低于正常人(53.5),CD8+细胞比例(86.22)明显高于正常人(36.02),CD4/CD8比值(0.10)明显低于正常人(1.52),CD127+CD8+CD3+细胞比例(20.53)明显低于正常人(67.85)。结论CD127在CD8阳性T细胞上表达的减少可能是导致艾滋病患者免疫功能缺陷的原因之一。Objective To investigate the changes of CD8^＋CD127^＋ in peripheral blood of patients with AIDS, and to compare it with healthy controls. Methods CDI27^＋CD8^＋ cells was measured by FCM in 58 patients with AIDS and 18 healthy controls. Results In the peripheral blood of AIDS patients, the percentage of CD4^＋ （7.98%） was lower than the healthy adults （53.5%）. The percentage of CD8^＋ cells （86.22%） was higher the healthy adults （36.02%）. The ratio of CD4^＋CD8^＋ （0.10） was lower than the healthy adults （1.52）. The population of CD127^＋CD8^＋ CD3^＋ cells （20.53%） was lower than the healthy adults （67.85%）. Conclusion The decreased production of CD127^＋ CD8^＋ cells might be a reason for immunodefieieney in AIDS.
