摘 要:目的比较广东省嗜人按蚊与中华按蚊疟疾传播强度,为控制疟疾爆发流行提供科学依据。方法采用按蚊密度调查等方法在广东省珠海市和惠州市进行媒介能量的调查和研究。结果广东省珠海市嗜人按蚊的媒介能量为5.863,中华按蚊为0.663;广东省惠州市嗜人按蚊的媒介能量为2.770,中华按蚊为0.249。结论嗜人按蚊的媒介能量是中华按蚊的8~11倍,说明嗜人按蚊在广东的传疟作用较中华按蚊更为重要,占主要地位。Objective To compare the capabilities of malaria transmission between A.anthropophagus and A. sinensis in Guangdong province in order to develop scientific based control strategies for malaria outbreak. Method The vector capacities were measured and compared through the investigation of the densities of the corresponding Anopheles in Zhuhai and Huizhou city in the province. Results The vector capacities of A.anthropophagus and A.sinensis in Zhuhai city were 5.863 and 0.663, respectively, while the vector capacities of A.anthropophagus and A.sinensis in Huizhou city were 2.770 and 0.249, respectively. Conclusion The vector capacity of A.anthropophagus was 8-11 times higher than that of A.sinensis. This implies that A.anthropophagus may play a more important role of malaria transmission than that of A .sinensis in Guangdong province.
