摘　　要：目的对汉阳区达国家血吸虫病传播阻断标准进行考核验收。方法按《血吸虫病控制和消灭标准》(中华人民共和国国家标准GBl5976-2006)要求,采用整群随机抽样法随机抽取3个考核样本村,分人群病情、家畜病情、螺情、档案资料及现场访视等进行现场考核。结果1999年至2007年的9年间无1例当地感染的血吸虫病病人、病畜(牛);自2005年春季至考核时,未查到钉螺;并建立了较完整的防治档案资料,各项指标符合血吸虫病传播阻断标准。结论达血吸虫病传播阻断标准地区,为防止疫情反弹,应继续贯彻落实《血吸虫病防治条例》,保持机构,稳定队伍,坚持开展血防健康教育,继续做好疫情监测巩固工作。Objective To evaluate the schistosomiasis transmission blocking in Hanyang district. Method Three villages were randomly selected by cluster sampling according to the 《criteria for control and elimination of schistosomiasis》 in China for the evaluation of residents and cattle schistosome infection, the epidemic for oncomelania, the documents and data, and the field visit. Results There wasn＇t any case of local infection of schistosomc in residents and cattle from 1999 to 2007, and the oncomclania has not been found since the spring in 2005. The files were documented completely, so each index in Hanyang reached the national standard of schistosomiasis transmission blocking. Conclusion Although the district reached the national standard of schistosomiasis transmission blocking, we should implement the 《Schistosomiasis Control Ordinance》 to maintaining institutions, stable team, and carrying out health education on schistosomiasis control in order to prevent the epidemic rebound. We should also continue strengthening our effort to disease surveillance in future.
