摘 要:在综合考虑驾驶员的起步意图、发动机的运行状态及离合器接合状况的基础上,提出基于模糊智能控制的电作动型双离合器式自动变速器(Dual clutch transmission,DCT)的起步控制策略。确定了起步控制系统中的各种控制参数,发动机运行状态的控制参数为其实时转速与目标转速的偏差,离合器接合状况的控制参数为其主从动片的转速差与主动片转速的比值,根据加速踏板开度及其变化率的大小,实时识别出驾驶员的起步意图。基于优秀驾驶员的操作经验,制定了驾驶员意图及离合器接合速度的模糊控制规则。从DCT起步过程中离合器的接合速度、冲击度和滑摩功三个方面,分析模糊推理系统中三角型及高斯型隶属度函数的缺点。提出基于均匀设计方法的隶属度函数的优化方法,获得了较佳的隶属度函数组合,利用快速起步、慢速起步、坡道起步及驾驶员意图多变的起步工况验证了所制定控制策略的合理性。The clutch starting strategy for an electrically actuated dual clutch transmission (DCT) based on fuzzy control is presented, which comprehensively considers the driver intention, engine running state and clutch engaging state. In the fuzzy control system, the control parameter of the engine running state is denoted by the difference value between its rotating speed and the target speed, and the control parameter of the clutch engaging state is denoted by the ratio of the rotating speed difference between driving and driven disc to the driving disc rotating speed, the driver intention is identified in real time according to the accelerator pedal opening and its change rate. Then, fuzzy control rules of driver intention and clutch engagement speed inference system are designed based on the operating experience of the skilled driver. The drawbacks of triangle and Gauss membership function used in fuzzy inference system are analyzed from friction work, starting jerk and the clutch engagement speed curve. Furthermore, optimization of membership function based on uniform design method is put forward, and the optimal membership functions are obtained. Finally, The merits of the starting strategy are validated in some typical modes including slow starting, fast starting and ramp starting condition.
