摘 要:对304不锈钢板材服役条件下动态力学行为检测进行设计和探索。通过X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)在线检测,对不锈钢板材在圆形孔模拟缺陷存在时,不同加载方式、载荷大小条件下的动态服役过程中的应力分布进行研究。明确金属板材在动态服役过程中的应力分布与载荷大小、加载方式之间的关系。利用自行设计开发的金属板材服役行为动态检测系统,测得的304不锈钢薄板内孔周边的应力分布与理论值吻合很好,且外加载荷与最大应力成线性关系。初步实现了金属板材服役状态下力学行为的检测,该检测方法可为开发全方位的检测系统提供一定的技术基础。The dynamic mechanics behaviors of the 304 stainless steel under service conditions are measured and explored. Through online measurement by X-ray diffraction, the stress distributions of the stainless steel board under the condition of simulated round hole defect and different loaded mode and magnitude, are examined. The relation between the stress distribution, loading mode and load magnitude is established. By using an independently designed and developed dynamic measurement system for the service behavior of metal plates, those results are obtained as follows. The stress distribution around the inner hole of the 304 stainless steel is in good agreement with the theoretical values. The mechanics measurement of the metal plates in service state is basically carded out, and this kind of measurement method can provide certain technique foundation for the development of omnidirectional measuring system.
