摘  要:[目的]对峨参胶囊的提取和成型工艺进行研究。[方法]根据峨参已知化学成分,用正交试验法优选出峨参醇提的工艺条件;进行了峨参脂溶性成分薄层色谱试验;对装胶囊前的颗粒进行流动性、堆密度、吸湿性试验的质量检查;对所制胶囊剂按照《中国药典》制剂通则规定,进行质量检查。[结果]醇提的最佳工艺为4倍量60%的乙醇提取1.5 h,提取3次;装胶囊的颗粒和胶囊剂均符合药典规定。[结论]该试验结果可为进一步开发以峨参为主料的保健食品打下基础。[ Objective] The research aimed to study the extraction and forming process of Anthriscus sylvestris capsule. [ Method ] Acconting to the known chemical compositions of A. sylvestris, the alcohol extraction technology conditions of A. sylvestris were optimized by orthogonal experiment. The thin - layer chromatography of liposoluble compositions of A. sylvestris was made. Before being loaded in the capsule, the granule quality was examined through fluidity, bulk density and hygroscopicity tests. The quality of the produced capsule was examined the regulations of the general rules on prepations in China Pharmacopoeia. [ Result ] The optimum process of ethanol extraction was as follows: extracting for 1.5 h with 4 times amount of 60% alcohol for 3 repetitions. The granule loaded in the capsule and the capsule were consistent with the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoe/a. [ Conclusion] The test results could lay the foundation for further development of the health food of A. sylvestris as main ingredients.
