农村外出人口就业现状的实地研究——对四川省名山县M镇调研数据的分析

摘　　要：农村外出人口城乡流动就业极大地促进了经济社会发展,也是我国工业化和城市化阶段农村剩余劳动力转移的主要方式。通过对四川省名山县M镇实地调研,分析了农村外出人口就业的现状、存在的主要问题,并提出了一些建议。The urban-rural flow employment of rural migration has greatly promoted the development of economy and society.It is also the main transfer mode of rural surplus labor in China during the industrialization and urbanization stage. Through the field investigation in M Township of Mingshan County in Sichuan Province,the current employment situations of rural migration and main existing problems were analyzed.And some suggestions were put forward.
