摘　　要：目的:研究妊娠期间色素性分界线的发生概率,并作病因分析。方法:随机抽取本院产科门诊常规产检的120例孕妇,观察色素性分界线分布区域。结果:14(12%)例孕妇有B型色素性分界线。结论:妊娠色素性分界线可能和孕期体内激素水平变化、神经压迫有关。Objective： To investigate the incidence of pigmentary demarcation lines（PDLs） during pregnancy and analysis of etiology. Method： A total of 120 cases of pregnant women were studied for the existence and distribution of PDLs. Result： Fourteen （12%） patients had the type B PDL. Conclusion： The pigmentary demarcation lines in pregnancy appear to be related to the increased production of hormones and the compression of peripheral nerves by the enlarged uterus.
