先天性脐尿管未闭畸型的手术编码探讨

摘　　要：脐尿管未闭畸形为泌尿系少见的先天性疾病,多数为男性发病,国内报道发病率约为出生人数的30万分之一,因发病率低,临床少见,编码员对其认识不足,尤其是对手术方式不了解,以致发生手术错码率较高的情况。为避免编码错误,探讨先天性脐尿管畸型的手术编码方法。The malformation of urachus is a rare congenital disease in the genitourimary tract. The disease is more common in the male than in the female. According to domestic reports, its incidence rate is in 1：300000 out of new birth . The correct rate of its coding is very high, because of the followings： 1. The coders don＇t pay less attention to this rare congenital disease; 2. they don＇t know its surgery style; and 3. the urachal anomalies is very rare. For the sake of minimizing the error of coding, our aim is to study the methods on coding of surgery of malformation of urachus.
