摘　　要：目的利用计算机管理系统,采用患者姓名索引模式建立准确定位患者诊疗信息的查找系统。方法利用Microsoft Access数据库开发工具设计数据库,并编写数据管理程序,输入数据。结果索引信息总计有240,270条记录。40岁～70岁之间的患者有161,825人,占总数的67.4%;太原周边地区(太原地区、吕梁地区、晋中地区与忻州地区)的患者有149,812人,占总数的62.4%;男性占46%,女性占54%。结论姓名索引计算机数据库的应用提高了病案编号的准确性与工作效率,优化了服务流程,改善了服务质量,为流行病学调查研究提供了数据支持,给随访工作的计算机管理提供了数字化平台。Objective To establish a searching system of patient＇ s information of the diagnoses and treatments with patients＇ name index model in computer management system. Method The Microsoft Access had been adopted to design and edit the database. Results There were total 240,270 items on patients＇ information. 161825 patients are between 40 and 70 years old. They account for 67.4% of the total. The numbers of the patients who live in Taiyuan regions （Taiyuan, Luliang, Jinzhong and Xinzhou area） are 149,812 （62.4%）. The ratio of male and female patients were 46 % and 54% respectively. Condusions Patients＇ name index model database has improved the accuracy and efficiency on management of the medical record, optimized the process of service, improved the quality of service, supported the epidemiological study and provided the follow - up work with a digital platform.
