摘　　要：目的实现病案数字化管理。方法采用数码照相和计算机技术,实现病案数字成像转变为影像病案,存储在服务器或磁盘柜中,并提供网络环境下的病案信息服务。结果通过对18万份病案的数字化处理,达到了设计、制作、使用的要求。为实现病案数字化管理打下了良好的基础。结论该方法操作简单,安全实用,费用适中,资源共享,是实现病案数字化管理的必经之路。Objective To implement the digitized management of medical records. Methods The images in the medical records were changed into photos by digital camera and computer, and they were stored on a server or disk counters. And then the medical record information services were provided by network. Results 180,000 digitized medical records have met the need of design, production and use for the hospital. These measures are a good foundation for the digitized management of the medical record. Conclusion This method is the only way to achieve the digitized management of the medical record with its easiness, safety, practicality, valid cost and sharing.
