摘  要:以海南大学农学院组培实验室香蕉试管苗工厂化生产为研究对象,通过对组培技术以及组培器具等的改进及其综合运用,对"优质、高效、节能"香蕉试管苗工厂化生产技术体系进行研究和实践。结果表明:通过外植体优选和变异率控制可确保试管苗的优质;通过芽分级接种技术、污染控制技术、适宜的培养密度以及合理的生产进度等4项技术措施的综合实施成倍地提高了效率;通过综合运用节能灯具、调控光温、利用自然光和培养容器改进等技术措施可降低能耗30%以上。产品质量达到或超过国家农业行业标准,室内直接生产成本可降低20%以上。A high-quality, cost-effective, energy-efficient micropropagation of banana in the Laboratory of Plant Tissue Culture in Agronomy College of Hainan University was established through optimization of the protocol and improvement of the facility of the mieropropagation of ba- nana. The selective preference of explants and variation control ensured the production of high-quality mieropropagated plants, the production efficiency improved by the comprehensive measures including the graded inoculation of shoots, contamination control, appropriate planting density and manufacturing schedule improving. The energy consumption reduced by 30% using power saving fluorescent lamps, regulation of lighting and temperature, usage of natural light and improvement of culture containers. The quality of product reached or even surpassed the plant standards of national agriculture and the indoor direct-production-cost reduced over 20%.
