湖北白猪优质系生长曲线分析

摘　　要：[目的]更好地了解湖北白猪优质系的生长发育规律和不同阶段生长潜力。[方法]测试102头湖北白猪优质系2个世代从出生到20日龄、50日龄及25～90kg体重期间的生长发育情况，用Logistic和Gompertz方程对其生长曲线进行拟合和分析，推导了其达90kg体重日龄校正公式。[结果]Logistic方程和Gompertz方程均可拟合湖北白猪优质系生长曲线，两方程的拟合度分别为0．9710和0．9760。湖北白猪优质系在122日龄左右生长最快，曲线模型中代表极限体重的参数A在同品种的不同个体间有较大差异，代表生长最大值的日龄参数lnd）／k也存在着较大差异。湖北白猪优质系头2个世代达90kg体重的日龄为（186．00±25．09）d。[结论]用Gomp-ertz方程拟合的湖北白猪优质系生长曲线的拐点为（121．59，52．13），最大日增重为657．00g／d。[Objective ] The study was to understand the growth and development law and growth potential in different growth stages of high quality lines of Hubei white pig. [ Method] The growth and development condition of 102 high quality lines of Hubei white pig in 2 generations from birth to 20 days old, 50 days old and during their body weight at 25 -90 kg were detected. The growth curve were fitted and analyzed with Logistic and Gompertz equation to derive the correction formula on days old when body weight of the pig reached 90 kg. [ Result] The equations of Logistic and Gompertz all could fit the growth curve of high quality lines of Hubei white pig and the fitting degrees of the 2 equations were 0.971 0 and 0.976 0 resp. The growth of high quality lines of Hubei white pig was fastest at about 122 days old. In curve model, the parameter A which represented weight limit had bigger difference among various individual of the same variety, the days old parameter Inb/k which represented the biggest value of growth also had bigger difference. The days old when the body weight of high quality lines of Hubei white pig in first two generations reached 90 kg was （186.00± 25.09）d. [ Conclusion] The inflexion of growth curve of high quality lines of Hubei white pig fitted hv Gomnertz equation was （121.59,52.13）. and the biggest daily weight gain of the pig was 657.00 g/d.
