摘  要:[目的]研究低毒大麻叶茎浸膏抑菌的作用。[方法]采用乙醇作溶剂对大麻叶和大麻茎的药用成分进行了提取,并且对其浸膏进行抑菌试验研究。[结果]大麻叶对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和蜡样芽孢杆菌有明显的抑制作用(P<0.001),大麻茎对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌和白色念珠菌均有明显的抑制作用(P<0.001)。[结论]低毒大麻叶茎浸膏具有明显的抑菌作用(P<0.001)。[Objective ] The bacteriostasis of the extract of low toxic cannabis leaves and stems were studied. [Method] Medicinal components of cannabis leaves and stems were extracted with ethanol as the solvent. And bacteriostasis test of its extract were studied. [ Result] Cannabis leaves had obvious bacteriostasis to Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus cereus (P 〈 0. 001 ). And cannabis stem had obvious bacteriostasis to Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus cereus and Candida albicans (P 〈 0. 001 ). [ Conclusion ] The extract of low toxic cannabis leaves and stems had significant bacteriostasis(P 〈 0. 001 ).
