摘 要:采用培养1周的单层海马细胞,培养基中加入2.5×10(-5)mol/L终浓度的马桑内酯(CoriariaLactone,CL)作用48h后,发现马桑内酯组细胞数目较对照组(不含CL)明显增加(P<0.01),经胶质原纤维酸性蛋白(glialfibrillaryacidicProtein,GFAP)免疫细胞化学染色后发现,马桑内酯组GFAP样免疫反应明显增强,阳性细胞增多,突起及胶质丝较多,且相互交织成网。The one-week-cultured cells from the rat hippocampus were divided into two groups, experimental and control. In experimental group, medium contained 2. 5 ×10-5 mol/L coriaria lactone (CL). After culturing for 48 hours, the number of cel1s was counted and the glial fibrillary acidic protein-immunoreaction (GFAP-IR) of cells was detected by immunocytochemistry. The results showed that the number of cells was significantly increased in the experimental group (P<0.01) compared to the controlled group, cells had the GFAP-JR strengthened markedly, the number of the GFAP-IR (+) cells also increased and the increased glial fibers interwove with each other to form a net.
