摘　　要：积极心理学是美国心理学会前主席Martin E.P Seligman在20世纪末倡导并发起的一场心理学运动。它在批判美国传统心理学和坚持科学心理学基本原则的同时,充分吸收了人本心理学的营养,尝试运用科学的方法研究人类复杂的行为,在人性观、研究主题和内容、研究方法、心理治疗以及研究目的等方面初步显现了诸多积极的特征,体现了科学心理学与人文心理学日趋融合的大趋势。Positive psychology was a psychological movement advocating by former APA president Martin E.P Seligman. At the end of the twentieth century.It criticizes some opinion of American traditional psychology and insists the basic principles of scientific psychology.Positive psychology is nourished by humanistic psychology and demonstrates some positive features in terms of the essence of human nature, research theme and domain, research method, psychological treatment and research aim. It also embodies the integrated trend between scientific psychology and human science psychology.
