摘 要:本文基于"双重优化设计"概念给出了简支钢梁抗火优化设计方案,利用有限元软件ANSYS对简支钢梁分别在常温条件下和一定临界温度条件下进行了截面尺寸优化设计和抗火保护优化设计。通过计算,得到了高温下简支钢梁的抗火优化设计结果随温度变化的规律,并给出了选取较优设计方案的建议。分析结果表明,利用本文给出的优化方案可以得到安全、经济、可靠的设计结果,能够节省钢材用量和防火保护材料的用量。This paper proposes a scheme for the optimum design of the simply supported steel beam based on the "double optimization design" concept. The optimization design for section dimensions and fire resistant protection of the simply-supported steel beam is performed via the finite element software ANSYS under condition of normal temperature and certain critical temperature respectively. The relationship between the results of fire resistant optimization design varying with high temperatures of the steel beam induced by fire is obtained. Furthermore, the suggestions on selecting the more economical and reasonable optimization scheme is put forward. It is shown that the secure, economical and reliable results for the optimum fire-resistant design of simply-suppurted steel beam can be obtained with the proposed schemes.
