摘　　要：目的:建立毛细管电泳法测定酒石酸美托洛尔片中美托洛尔含量的方法。方法:采用熔融石英毛细管柱(45 cm×75μm,有效长度37 cm),运行缓冲液为40 mmol/L Tris-H3PO4缓冲液(pH4.61),压力进样3.448kPa×5 s,工作电压25 kV,柱温25℃,检测波长273 nm。结果:本法标准曲线回归方程为Y=13.099X+0.005 78(r=0.999 5,P<0.05),检测范围0.050～0.250 g/L,美托洛尔的最低检测限为0.025 mg/L,最低定量限为0.008g/L。精密度、回收率均符合标准。3批酒石酸美托洛尔片样品美托洛尔相对含量分别为99.55%,99.45%,99.76%。结论:本方法简便,准确,快速,重复性好,可用于酒石酸美托洛尔片中美托洛尔的含量测定。Aim： To establish a method for the determination of metoprolol tartrate tablets by capillary electrophoresis（CE）.Methods：The determination was performed on the following conditions： fused-silica capillary of 46 cm×75 μm（37 cm of effective length）;running buffer： 40 mmol/L Tris-phosphate buffer（pH4.61）;sample injection method（3.448 kPa×5 s）;running voltage： 25 kV;column temperature： 25 ℃;detect wavelength： 273 nm.Results： The linear concentration range of metoprolol tartrate was 0.05-0.25 g/L（r=0.999 5,P〈0.05）.The lower detection limit was 0.025 g/L,and the lower quantity limit was 0.008 g/L.The RSD of average recovery was 1.89%.Conclusion： The method is simple,accurate,rapid and reproducible.It can be used to detect the content of metoprolol tartrate tablets.
