摘 要:目的:了解河南省城市大气可吸入颗粒物对人群呼吸系统疾病的影响。方法:根据河南省环境保护局环境监测资料,2006年2月采用分层整群随机抽样方法,抽取河南省可吸入颗粒物中污染、轻污染、无污染3个城市,问卷调查居民的呼吸系统症状(发烧、咳嗽、咳痰)2周阳性率、呼吸系统疾病2周患病率、呼吸系统疾病半年慢性病患病率等。结果:中、轻、无污染城市人群呼吸系统症状2周阳性率分别为8.43%、6.33%和5.74%,呼吸系统疾病2周患病率分别为13.1%、9.3%和7.8%;呼吸系统疾病半年慢性病患病率分别为5.8%、4.0%和3.2%。上述3城市人群呼吸系统症状2周阳性率、2周患病率和半年慢性病患病率的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大气可吸入颗粒物污染使人群呼吸系统疾病患病率明显升高。Aim: To study the effect of inhalable particle on respiratary system disease in Henan province.Methods:According to monitoring data fo Enviroment Protection Bureau of Henan province,3 cities were selected as medium-polluted,low-polluted and no-polluted city.Positive rates of respiratary system sympotms in two weeks(PRRSS),incidence of chronic respiratary system diseases in two weeks(IRSD) and incidence of chronic respiratary system diseases in half year(ICRSD) were surveyed by questionnare in people which were selected randomly in 3 cities.Results:Medium-polluted,low-polluted and no-polluted cities′ PRRSS were 8.43%,6.33% and 5.74%,IRSD were 13.1%,9.3% and 7.8%,respectively,ICRSD were 5.8%,4.0% and 3.2%,respectively,there were significant difference among the 3 cities(P〈0.05).Conclusion: Because of inhalable particle pollution in Henan province,the incidence of respiratary system diseases ascended significantly.
