两优培九及其父本扬稻6号抽穗后叶片与根系衰老特点的研究  被引量:12

摘  要:水培条件下,研究两优培九及其父本扬稻6号与对照汕优63及武运粳8号结实期叶面积消减率、叶绿素含量、叶片的SOD活性及MDA含量和根系氧化力、颖花根活量、SOD活性及MDA含量等生理活性指标的变化。结果表明,两优培九与扬稻6号、武运粳8号相比,绝大多数指标的变化呈现早衰倾向;两优培九叶片的早衰现象先于根系,根衰不是造成叶片早衰的主要原因;两优培九结实前期诸活性指标变幅大于扬稻6号,除叶片MDA含量外,结实中后期活性均较扬稻6号低;两优培九、汕优63结实中后期叶、根诸活性指标总体均低于扬稻6号、武运粳8号,但产量均高于两者。Data analyses on leaf area,chlorophyll content,SOD activity and MDA content in leaf,and oxidizing ability,spikelet-root-activity,SOD activity and MDA content in root of Liangyoupeijiu,Yangdao 6 and comparative varieties Shanyou 63,Wuyujing 8(control) during grain filling stage was carried out.It was indicated that,Liangyoupeijiu had a tendency of early senescence.Leaf senescence of Liangyoupeijiu was not caused by root senescence.The fluctuation of above physiological data activity indices for Liangyoupeijiu were larger than Yangdao 6 in early grain filling stage,and smaller in late stage(except for MDA content in leaf).Although both physiological activity of leaf and root were lower than Yangdao 6 and Wuyunjing 8 in medium and later filling stages,Liangyoupeiju and Shanyou 63 showed higher yields than the controls.
