摘 要:以3头安装永久性瘤胃瘘管的山羊为试验动物,以纯淀粉、纤维素和酪蛋白为底物,银杏叶提取物在瘤胃液发酵底物中的浓度设0(对照组)、0.25%、0.50%、0.75%、1.00%5个水平,利用人工瘤胃体外培养法,通过测定瘤胃液氨态氮(NH3-N)浓度、pH值、微生物蛋白产量和纤维素降解率4个指标,探讨银杏叶提取物对瘤胃液发酵及瘤胃微生物蛋白产量的影响。结果表明:银杏叶提取物对瘤胃液的pH值影响不大,可降低NH3-N浓度,增加微生物蛋白产量,降低纤维素降解率;银杏叶提取物的最佳添加量为0.50%。Three goats fitted with rumen cannula were used to determine the effects of ginaton on rumen fermentation in vitro.The concentration of ginaton in culture solution was designed as follows: 0,0.25%,0.50%,0.75% and 1.00%.The objectives of current study were to determine the effects of ginaton on rumen fermentation,and to detect fermentation parameters including NH3-N concentration,pH,microorganism protein,and cellulose degradability.The results obtained shown that pH in rumen varied slightly,concentration of ammonia decreased,the yield of microbial protein increased,and cellulose degradability decreased due to adding ginaton.The optimal ginaton adding amount in culture was 0.50% according to parameters.
