恐怖性爆炸犯罪防范对策初探

摘　　要：近年来,国内外恐怖组织不断实施恐怖性爆炸犯罪,给世界各国造成了巨大的生命和财产损失。恐怖性爆炸犯罪主要有自杀性恐怖爆炸犯罪、交通工具上的恐怖性爆炸犯罪、特定建筑物的恐怖性爆炸犯罪、制造混乱的恐怖性爆炸犯罪等几种类型。防范爆炸性犯罪的主要措施有:加大反恐立法、加强国际合作、严格安检制度、强化基础建设、落实新闻管控和和谐民族关系等。In recent years, the domestie and abroad organizations of terrorism continually committed the crimes of terroristic explosion. It has deprived a large number of people＇ s lives and inflicted huge property loses to the international community. The crime of terroristic explosions, so -called, is a ease of violence crimes that the terrorists intend to injure innoeenees, result in life losses of people, and destroy the buildings, facilities, finance and endanger public safety of society by the way of explosions. The styles of the eases mainly include the crime of suicidal terroristic explosions, the crime of terroristic explosions on vehicle, the crime of terroristic explosions in partieular buildings, the crime of terroristic explosions to cause eonfusion, and so on. The main characteristics of this ease are that the aim is complicated, the premeditation is intense, it ofen happens suddenly, the way is various, the intelligence is obvious, the destructive power is huge, it makes mental state terror and are eertain continuous. Aim at this kind of crime, we should pay attention to prevent in the meantime.
