摘  要:目的观察麦芽醇对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤后NO的影响。方法建立大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞(MCAO)再灌注模型,应用亚硝酸盐还原法测定脑组织中NO的含量。结果脑缺血再灌注损伤后,脑组织中NO水平异常增高,给予麦芽醇后,NO水平明显下降。结论麦芽醇可抑制NO水平,对脑缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用。Objective To investigate the effects of maltol on NO content after focal cerebral ischemia/ reperfusion in rats. Methods The model of ischemia/reperfusion Injury was established by temporary middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO). The content of NO was measured by nitrite reduction. Results The content of NO was increased significantly after cerebral ischemia/reperfusion. Application of maltol could significantly inhibit the content of NO. Conclusion Maltol may protect cerebral ischemia/repeffusion injury by decreasing the content of NO.
