麦芽醇对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤的影响

摘　　要：目的观察麦芽醇对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤后神经元型NOS(nNOS)的影响。方法建立大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞(MCAO)再灌流模型,应用免疫组织化学方法检测脑组织中nNOS的表达。结果脑缺血再灌注损伤后,脑组织中nNOS表达明显增强,给予麦芽醇后,nNOS表达减弱。结论麦芽醇可抑制nNOS表达,对脑缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用。Objective To investigate the effect of maltol on the expression of nNOS after focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion in rats. Methods The model of ischemia/reperfusion injury was established by temporary middle cerebral artery occlusion （MCAO）. The expression of nNOS was analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of nNOS was increased significantly after cerebral ischemia/reporfusion. Application of maltol could inhibit the expression of nNOS. Conclusion Maltol has a protectetive effect on cerebral ischemia/ reperfusioninjury by reducing the expression of nNOS.
