脑瘫患儿母亲的精神压力和社会支持的调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解脑瘫患儿母亲的精神压力、领悟的社会支持状况及两者的相关性,以采取针对性措施促进患儿母亲心理健康,利于患儿康复。方法应用父母压力指数的36项短表[PSI(SF)]和多元领悟社会支持量表(MSPSS)对82名独生子女脑瘫患儿的母亲进行问卷调查。结果PSI(SF)总分(108.28±24.84)分,总分>90分68名(82.9%)。MSPSS总分(58.52±12.14)分,>48分67名(81.7%)。母亲年龄、学历与PSI(SF)总分呈显著负相关(均P<0.05),母亲学历和家庭收入与MSPSS总分呈显著正相关(均P<0.01),精神压力与社会支持呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论脑瘫患儿的母亲在抚育孩子过程中承受着巨大精神压力的同时感受到较多的社会支持,应更多的关注低学历、低收入的年轻母亲。Objective To comprehend the relationship between mental stress and social support in mothers of children with cerebral palsy, and to provide information for promoting mothers＇ mental health. Methods Totally 82 mothers who had only one child with cerebral palsy completed the questionnaires of Parenting StrEss Index （PSI） and Multiple Scale of Perceived Social Support （MSPSS）. Results The total score of PSI was 108. 28 ± 24. 84, and 68 （82. 9 %） mothers obtained a score above 90. The total score of MSPSS was 58.52±12.14 , with 67 （81.7%） mothers having a score above 48. Mothers＇ age, education level showed a significantly negative correlation with total score of PSI （SF） （P〈0.05 for all）. Mothers＇ education level, family income had a significantly positive correlation with total score of MSPSS（P〈0.01 for all）. Scores of social support had a significantly positive correlation with the total score of PSI （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Mothers of children with cerebral palsy experienced high level of stress and received high level of support from familys and friends. Mothers with younger age, lower educational level, and lower income should be paid more attention to.
