二甲双胍对女性肥胖型糖尿病患者血脂与体质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察二甲双胍对女性肥胖型糖尿病患者血脂与体质量的影响。方法选择女性肥胖型糖尿病患者120例,随机分为两组,实验组给予二甲双胍,对照组给予吡格列酮。两组患者在治疗前和治疗12周后均检测空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、糖化血红蛋白(HBAlc)、血脂(TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C)及体重指数(BMI)。结果二甲双胍及吡格列酮组患者血清FBG、HBAlc、TG、LDL-C、FINS水平与治疗前比较均明显降低(P<0.01),二甲双胍实验组BMI与治疗前比较亦显著降低(P<0.01)。二甲双胍组与吡格列酮对照组比较,患者血清FBG、HBAlc、TG、LDL-C水平和BMI均明显降低(P<0.01),而FINS、TC、HDL-C含量则无显著影响(P>0.05)。结论二甲双胍能明显改善女性肥胖型糖尿病患者血脂水平和体质量。Objective To investigate the effect of mefformin for blood lipid and body mass of female o- besity-diabetes patients. Methods Female obesity-diabetes patients （ n = 120） were randomly divided into two groups（n =60）：experimental group and control group. The experimental group were given mefformin,and the control group were given pioglitazone. The fasting blood glucose（FPG） ,fasting insulin（ FINS）, glyeosylated hemoglobin （ HBAlc）, blood lipid （ TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C ） and body mass index （ BMI ） of patients of two groups were measured before and 12 weeks after treatment. Results The level of serum FPG,HBAIC,TG,LDL-C and FINS of patients of metformin and pioglitazone groups were significantly lower than those of before treatment （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The BMI of metformin experimental group were significantly lower than those of before treatment（P 〈 0.01 ）. The level of serum FBG, HBAIC, TG, LDL-C and BMI of patients of metformin experimental group, compared with pioglitazone control group, were significantly decreased （ P 〈 0. 01 ）, whereas, the level of serum FINS, TC and HDL-C had no significant influence（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Mefformin could obviously improve the level of blood lipid and BMI of female obesity-diabetes.
