新鲜机采血小板的临床疗效与分析

摘　　要：目的调查患者输入新鲜机采血小板后的输注效果。方法对输注新鲜机采血小板悬液122例患者的输注效果及影响因素进行统计分析。结果新鲜机采血小板对患者血小板输注效果良好,病种(再障组与白血病组)与脾大患者较脾不大患者对血小板输注效果影响差异有统计学意义。结论新鲜机采血小板输注效果良好,在不同病种的治疗上差异较大,临床应用时避免各种降低血小板诱发因素,可满足临床需要。Objective To investigate curative effect of fresh apheresis platelet in the treatment of patient. Methods By collecting, summarizing and analyzing data of curative effect of fresh apheresis platelet and influential factor in 122 patients. Results Fresh apheresis platelet had good efficiency in patient treatment, entity（ group of aplastic anemia and leucocythemia） and patient of splenectasis had difference in efficiency to compare to opposite, which has statistical significance. Conclusion Fresh apheresis platelet has good effectiveness, but discrepancy value in distinct entity. To avoid the causative factor of lowering platelet function,it can satisfy demand in clinic.
