摘 要:采用室内生物测定方法研究了狼毒根粉碎物在土壤里腐解过程中对蒙古冰草幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,狼毒对蒙古冰草幼苗的株高、鲜重、叶绿素相对含量、叶面积的抑制作用不明显,在各用量处理下与对照比较均未达到显著水平(P>0.05),且随着根粉碎物在土壤里用量的增多,对蒙古冰草各项指标的影响也无显著变化。由此说明,蒙古冰草对狼毒的化感作用具有很强的耐抗性,可将其作为对狼毒侵占的草地进行植被恢复的选择草种。The allelopathic effect of root smashing of Stellera chamaejasrne in the process of spoiled solution in the soil on the seedling growth of Agropyron rnongolicurn was investigated with bioassay method. Results indicated that the allelopathic inhibited effect of Stellera chamaejasme on the seedling height, fresh weight, chlorophyll and leaf area of Agropyron mongolicurn was not obvious. There were on signifi- cant differences compared with control when the weight of Stellera charnaejasme was 1-5g per pot. The allelopathic inhibited effect did not increase with the root weight. It was showed that Agropyron mongolicure had the resistibility against the allelopathy of Stellera chamaejasrne. So it can be used to restore the grassland invaded by Stellera charnaejasrne.
