穴位按摩对妇科腹腔镜术后胃肠道功能恢复作用的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨穴位按摩解除妇科腹腔镜术后并发恶心呕吐，促进胃肠道功能的影响。方法选取行腹腔镜妇科手术后患者138例，随机分为穴位按摩，常规护理两组，每组69例，分别用穴位按摩，常规护理方法进行护理，观察并比较两组术后恶心呕吐及胃肠道恢复的情况。结果穴位按摩比常规护理治疗效果明显显效。结论对妇科腹腔镜术后产生的恶心呕吐并发症可以由穴位按摩方法解除，且能促进胃肠功能康复，是较理想的方法。Objective Probe into the way of relieving the complications such as nausea and vomit, facilitating gastrointestinal tract function by means of Acupressure after gynecologic operation. Methods Random option of patients 138 after gynecologic operation; dividing in random into 2 groups ： Acupressure and ordinary care. Each group consists of 69 cases; carrying out nursing care by acupressure and ordinary care respectively. Observe and compare with the two methods, to understand the effect of relieving on nausea and vomit, and facilitating gastrointestinal tract recovery. Results The acupressure has function better than the ordinary care. Conclusion Referring to the complications such as nausea and vomit after gynecologic operation, the acupressure can function well at facilitating recovery of gastrointestinal tract, which is comparatively ideal.
