丹参注射液不良反应的临床评价

摘　　要：目的综合分析患者在使用丹参注射液后出现不良反应的特征,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法收集2001-2007年CNKI数据库收录的国内关于丹参注射液导致不良反应的108例病例,并进行统计、分析相关并发症原因,并寻找预防措施。结果丹参注射液可致免疫、心血管、消化、泌尿、神经等系统不良反应,以变态反应为主。结论临床人员应了解丹参注射液不良反应发生的特点,以便于临床合理使用。Objective To analyze comprehensively the clinical injection-induced adverse reactions of Danshen,in order to provide a clinical reference in using Dan Shen. Methods 108 cases,which have been reported that the patients had been suffered from one or more symptoms of the clinical injection-induced adverse reactions of Danshen in CNKI database,were collected from 1999 to 2005 ; and the adverse reactions were analyzed with statistical ways. Results Dan Shen Root injection may caused skin allergy, urinary pain, and adverse reactions in the cardiovascular, digestive and nerve systems, and of all, skin allergy was in the first place （37%）. Conclusion Clinical staff should be noted that the adverse reactions of DanShen Root injecta which may be severe and high incidence sometimes.
