摘　　要：调查分析中山大学附属第一医院药门诊麻醉药品使用情况,为临床合理应用提供参考。以DDD和DUI值为指标,对本院2007年1～12月门诊7962张麻醉处方进行统计分析。门诊使用麻醉药品基本合理,麻醉药品用量前三位是盐酸哌替啶注射液、盐酸吗啡控释片、多瑞吉贴膜。To investigate the situation of anesthesia drug use in the out patient clinic of our hospital, and provide reference for rational use of these drugs. 7 962 anesthesia cases in our hospital from January to December 2007 were analysed, by taking defined daily doses （DDD） and drug utilization index （DUI） as indices. The application of anesthesia in outpatient department is basically rational in our hospital. In the volume of use, the most three are pethidine hydrochloride injection, morphine hydrochloride controlled- release tablets and durogesic patch.
