摘　　要：文章通过分析低价倾销的具体表现和具体危害,得出低价倾销的原因。笔者认为,低价倾销的原因分为企业自身和政府调控两方面。因此,解决这一问题也要从政府加强宏观调控和微观管理,企业加强自律两方面进行解决。只有这样对外贸易中的低价倾销行为才能得到有效的解决。This essay provides its own insight on the solution of this problem after researching its appearance,disadvantages and internal reasons. The writer considers that the reason could be divided into two different parts from government and business individuals respectively. In order to solve the problem, it is necessary to use market macro and micro control from government and self-discipline from business individuals together.
