颞浅血管岛状皮瓣修复全耳垂缺损

摘　　要：目的探讨一种修复全耳垂缺损的方法。方法在耳轮脚前上方切取由颞浅血管供血的岛状皮瓣，通过皮下隧道转移自相折合修复全耳垂缺损畸形。结果自1999年以来，于临床应用6例，术后皮瓣全部成活，无并发症发生，耳垂外形良好，色泽自然。随访3个月至1年，无需二期修复，所有患者对再造耳垂形态满意。供区瘢痕不明显。结论利用耳轮脚前上方颞浅血管岛状皮瓣修复全耳垂缺损，是一期全耳垂再造的较好方法。Objective To introduce a new method for reconstruction of the whole ear lobe defect. Methods The free island skin flap supplied by superficial temporal vessel which was designed at the area anterior and superior to crus helicis. The flap was transferred through subcutaneous tunnel and self-folded to reconstruct the whole ear lobe defect. Results Since 1999, 6 eases were treated with no complication. The ear lobe shape and skin colour were very natural. Conclusions The island skin flap supplied by superficial temporal vessel is very suitable for the whole ear lobe defect with good cosmetic results.
