摘 要:目的:对比分析利尿剂与非利尿剂CT尿路造影(CTU)对尿路系统的显示效果并探讨利尿剂CTU的应用价值。材料和方法:随机将观察对象分成使用利尿剂组和未使用利尿剂组,然后进行CTU检查与图像后处理,获得三维容积显示(VR)、最大密度投影(MIP)和二维曲面重建(CPR)图像,并对图像中尿路解剖结构与连续性状况的显示效果和尿路的充盈程度进行对比分析。结果:利尿剂CTU组的VR和MIP图像中的尿路显示效果均优于非利尿剂CTU,尿路充盈程度也优于非利尿剂CTU组;CPR能够弥补VR和MIP对尿路连续性状况显示欠佳的不足,提高尿路的总体显示效果。结论:利尿剂CTU对尿路系统的总体显示效果好,具有较好的应用价值;对不宜使用利尿剂的患者,CPR有利于提高尿路系统的总体显示效果。Purpose: To evaluate the manifesting effect of urinary collecting system by excretory-phase CT urography with and without diuretic. Materials and Methods: CT urography with diuretic and CT urography without diuretic were prospectively performed in the 2 groups. The CT urography images of 2 groups were compared and analysed by two observers blinded to the symptoms of patients. They were asked to assess the manifesting effect of urinary collecting system in CTU images. Results: 3 D volume rendering (VR) images and maximum-intensity-projection(MIP) images of CTU with diuretic are more excellent than those of CTU without diuretic, and 2D curved-planar-reformatted (CPR) images are also more excellent than those of CTU without diuretic. The manifesting effect of urinary collecting system is improved by using CPR technique. Conclusion: The images of excretory-phase CTU with diuretic are excellent and provide a precise assessment of urinary collecting system and should be widely applied.
