摘  要:用原位聚合法在凹凸棒土(ATP)的表面包覆上硫酸(H2SO4)掺杂的聚苯胺(PANI),合成了H2SO4-PANI/ATP纳米复合材料,研究了聚合温度、苯胺包覆率、H2SO4掺杂量、聚合时间和过硫酸铵(APS)用量对复合材料体积电阻率的影响。结果表明:在聚合温度为20℃,苯胺包覆率为30%,聚合时间为4h,n(An)∶n(APS)∶n(H2SO4)=1∶1∶7.75时,复合材料体积电阻率可达到3Ω.cm。并通过TG-DTA、XRD、FTIR对该条件下制备的纳米复合材料进行了表征。The surface of attapulgite was encapsulated with polyaniline(PANI) which doped with sulfuric acid (H2 SO4 ) to synthesize the H2 SO4-PANI/ATP nanocomposites by in situ polymerization method. The effect of the polymerization temperature, the covering ratio of aniline, the amount of H2SO4, the polymerization time and the amount of Ammonium persulfate(APS) on the volume resistivity were studied. The result indicated that the volume resistivity of nanocomposites could reach 3Ω · cm when the polymerization temperature was 20℃, the covering ratio of aniline was 30%, the polymerization time was 4h , the molar ratio of An, APS and H2SO4 was 1 : 1 : 7. 76. The nanocomposites prepared on this condition were also characterized by TG-DTA, XP, D and FTIR.
