摘  要:采用Triton X-100/环己烷/正辛醇/水W/O型微乳体系,制备了粒径分布均匀、尺寸在30-50nm范围内的CdS/SiO2复合球,并通过酸处理,得到了相应的空心SiO2球。用TEM、XRD、FTIR、BET等手段对产品进行了表征。研究表明,改变反应物的加入量和反应物的浓度,影响颗粒的尺寸及其空心的大小。Monodispersed CdS/SiO2 core-shell nanoparticle composites and hollow SiO2 spheres with 30 - 50nm were been synthesized in W/O microemulsion containing Triton X-100, cyclohexane and n-caprylic alcohol. Hollow SiO2 spheres can be obtained by adding concentrated hydrochloric acid. The products were characterized by TEM, XRD, FTIR, N2 adsorption, etc. It was found that the size of CdS/SiO2 core-shell composites and the dimension of hollow can be easily controlled by altering the concentration and the addition amount of reactants.
