摘 要:在异常高压区的深井钻井中,经常遇到以压裂性诱导漏失为主的多漏点井漏,该类型井漏的漏失位置往往难以确定,各漏失点差异性较大,一次性治理成功往往存在复杂的技术难题。针对川渝地区同裸眼多漏点井漏使用HHH堵漏剂一次性全部封堵成功率不高的问题,通过分析多漏点井漏的漏失特性和HHH堵漏剂应用于多漏点堵漏的工艺技术,认为现场堵漏施工工艺的优化对提高多漏点井漏治理成功率十分关键,在施工中优化堵漏浆挤注排量可以实现同裸眼多漏点的一次性堵漏成功。在剑门1井多漏点井漏的堵漏施工实践中,几次作业通过调整优化施工工艺,从正反两方面证实了优化现场工艺能够提高同裸眼多漏点井漏的一次性治理成功率。During drilling in abnormally high pressure deep zones,fracture-induced lost circulations occur frequently.It is hard to locate the individual loss points,large differences exist among those points.Therefore it is challenging to successfully control all lost circulations for one time.Analysis has been made regarding the features of multiple-point lost circulation and the procedures of applying HHH LCM in multiple-loss openhole,it is found that optimization of plugging procedures is critical for improving the success ratio of multiple-point plugging.And it is recommended to use optimum flow rate for LCM slurry squeezing to realize successful plugging of multiple-loss points in the same openhole for one time.Several multiple-point lost circulation control jobs in the well Jianmen-1 were conducted,it was proved from both positive and negative side that the optimum procedures could improve the success ratio of one-time plugging of multiple losses in one openhole.
