摘 要:根据凝析气井生产系统分析方法,可以认识到正常发挥气井产能的极限管径;根据凝析气井流入动态曲线和油管携水曲线的分析,认识到井筒出现积液的极限管径。综合考虑以上两点,便得到凝析气井合理油管直径,从而建立了既考虑凝析气井流体相态变化的特点,也考虑地层能量的供给能力、井筒举升能力和井筒携液能力的合理油管直径计算方法,能更好地指导凝析气井的生产,具有广阔的应用前景。根据该方法,对WD7井合理管径进行了预测,结果表明WD7井的合理管径应为Ф50.8mm。According to analysis methods for the production system of condensate gas wells,the limit diameter to bring the production capacity of gas wells into normal play can be recognized.Based on the analysis of inflow performance curve and tube water-carrying curves of a condensate gas well,the limit diameter for producing effusion in shaft is explored.In light of two points above,the reasonable tube diameter of a condensate gas well can be obtained.Thereby,methods for calculating reasonable tube diameters have been established which have not only considered fluid phase behavior variations of a condensate gas well,but also taken the supply ability of formation energy,shaft lifting ability as well as shaft liquid-carrying ability into account.The method can better guide the production of a condensate gas well and has a broad application prospect.In accordance with this method,this paper predicted the reasonable tube diameter of the well WD7 and the results showed that the reasonable WD7 well diameter should be 50.8 mm.
