摘 要:英买力凝析气田采用分子筛脱水工艺对天然气进行脱水,并首次在国内使用高压、高温湿气对分子筛进行再生,在投产过程中出现了分子筛脱水和再生效果不好、填料漏失、床层垮塌、过滤器堵塞等问题。针对这些问题,对影响分子筛脱水的各个因素进行理论分析,并结合投产时的实际情况提出了修改控制程序、提高再生温度、控制再生气升温速度、减小环境影响、锥形过滤器增加滤网等一系列的措施,最终使分子筛达到理想的脱水效果,为西气东输提供了合格的天然气,为以后相似条件下采用分子筛脱水工艺的操作提供了经验。Molecular sieve dehydration technology was applied in the Yengimahalla condensate gas field.Besides,high pressure and temperature wet gas was first ever applied for the regeneration of molecular sieve in China.However,the technology had some problems when it was put into production,for example,the dehydration effects of the molecular sieve and regeneration effects are not that good;filler leakage,bed-layer collapse and filter blocking took place,etc.To solve these problems,this paper analyzed factors which theoretically affect molecular sieve dehydration.Based on the actual situation,the paper proposed a series of measures,such as modifying the control program,increasing the regenerate temperature,controlling the temperature rising rate of the regenerated gas,reducing the influences caused by the environment and adding filter screen to the cone filter,etc.The dehydration effect of the molecular sieve becomes favorable and the gas field can finally provide qualified natural gas for the West-to-East Gas Pipeline Project.It can also provide experience for similar molecular sieve dehydration technology in the future.
