摘 要:为了在结构分析中考虑节点抗弯刚度的影响,建立了节点初始抗弯刚度分析模型.采用考虑几何非线性及材料非线性影响的有限元分析方法,对不等宽T型方管节点的抗弯性能进行了研究,得到了支主杆宽度比、高宽比、主杆截面高度及壁厚对节点抗弯刚度的影响规律.在参数分析的基础上给出节点初始刚度计算公式.在计算节点强度的塑性铰线模型的基础上建立了节点初始抗弯刚度计算模型,得到了节点抗弯刚度计算公式.与有限元计算结果及其他研究者计算结果比较表明:本文提出的分析模型是合理可行的.In order to consider the effect of flexural stiffness of the joint in structural analysis, an analysis model for joint stiffness was established. The static behavior of stepped T-type RHS-joints subjected to bending was studied by the nonlinear element analysis method considering both the geometrical nonlinear effect and the material nonlinear effect. The influence rules of the width ratio of the branch to chord (β), the height-width ratio of the branch to chord (η), the height of the chord section (h0) and the wall thickness of the chord (t0) on flexural stiffness of the joint were obtained. The formula to calculate the initial stiffness of the joint was obtained by the method of parameter analysis. Based on the yield line model for calculating RHS-joint strength, the initial stiffness model for the stepped T-type RHS-joints subjected to bending was established, and the stiffness formula was derived. It was shown that the analysis model proposed is reasonable by comparing the obtained results with those of finite element analysis and those presented by other researchers.
