摘　　要：根据国家地面数字电视广播标准中单频网(SFN)的同步要求设计了单频网适配器,单频网适配器由GPS接收机提供精确的1PPS(Pulse Per Second)脉冲和10MHz同步码率适配时钟,对输入的TS流进行秒帧初始化包(SIP)和码率适配处理,从而实现时间同步和码元同步的要求。According to the synchronization requirements of Single Frequency Network （SFN） in national Digital Terrestrial Television Broadcasting （DTTB） standards, an adaptor is designed in this paper. The GPS receiver is used to provide precise 1 PPS（Pulse Per Second） pluse and 10 MHz synchronizing clock to the SFN adaptor, and the Second-frame Initialization Packet（SIP） and code rate adaptive processing to the input TS are carried on, in order to realize the time synchronism and the symbol synchronization requirements.
