摘　　要：简要介绍了e-Learning相关的标准并分析了当前e-Learning发展中存在的一些问题,提出了一种企业e-Learning系统设计方案,简要描述了当前实施e-Learning过程中使用的一些关键技术,例如组播、流媒体、内容分发等,并给出了一种拥塞控制机制以提高系统服务质量。In this paper, the standards of e-Learning are introduced at first, and the existing problems are analyzed. Then based on the information described above, a system design is given, and the key technologies in implementation of e-Learning system are also discussed, such as multicast, streaming media, content delivery and so on. Meanwhile, a mechanism of congestion control is presented to improve the quality of service.
