摘 要:为研究经皮注射自体骨膜细胞能否促进骨缺损的修复,探讨修复骨缺损的新方法,本实验用健康新西兰兔12只,无菌操作下切取胫骨前内侧骨膜,进行骨膜细胞培养,然后将培养的单层骨膜细胞收集后经皮注射至预制的供体动物一侧的桡骨缺损内,对侧桡骨缺损做对照。术后经X线片和组织病理学检查发现:多数实验侧骨缺损于术后6~8周发生骨性愈合;而对照侧无一例发生骨性愈合。这提示经皮注射骨膜细胞具有促进骨修复的作用。12 New Zealand rabbits were used for studying the effect of percutaneous injection of autogeneic periosteal cells on the repair of bone defects. The periosteam of the antero medial aspect of the tibia were excised and cultured in aseptic conditions.The monolayer culture of periosteal cells were collected and injected into the established radial bone defect on one side in each rabbit, and the bone defect on the contralateral side without periosteal cell injection was used as the control. Radiographic and histologic examination after the cell transplantation show that bone union with marrow cavity occurred in 6 to 8 weeks on most of the experimental sides,and none of the bone defects healed in the control sides. This indicates that percutaneous injection of autogeneic periosteal cells could improve the repair of bone defects.
