摘 要:对黄岛发电厂3#机组海水生石灰脱硫系统,5#和6#机组海水脱硫系统进行改造,利用青岛碱业股份有限公司副产物白泥作海水脱硫的吸收剂,以达到以废治废目的.结果表明,脱硫系统改造后,脱硫率大于90%,悬浮物和pH均能达标排放;3#机组采用直接法海水白泥乳脱硫,节约生石灰1.24×104t/a;5#和6#机组用间接法海水白泥乳脱硫,节约海水18450×104m3/a,节电1540×104kW.h/a;黄岛发电厂万元生产总值综合能耗降低22%,需用青岛碱业有限公司白泥5.48×104t/a,实现了企业间的循环经济.The desulphurization via calcium oxide and sea-water of 3 ^# set and the desulphurization via sea-water of 5^ # and 6^# sets in the Huangdao Power Plant were amended. Soda-residue was used as the absorbent in the new desulphurization via sea-water of 3^# , 5^ # and 6^# sets. The results showed that the desulphurization efficiency was over 90 %, and SS concentration and pH also met the discharging criterion after modification. 1.24 × 10^4 t/a calcium oxide was saved when 3 ^# set used direct desulphurization via soda-residue and sea-water; 18 450 × 10^4 m^3/a sea-water and 1 540 × 104 kW·h/a electricity energy were saved when 5^# and 6^# sets used indirect desulphurization via soda-residue and sea-water. The comprehensive energy consumption per ten thousand RMB production value decreased 22 %. 5.48 × 10^4 t/a soda-residue was consumed and circular economy was implemented in different corporations.
