摘 要:由单级PFC变换器的精确状态方程出发,通过数值仿真观察该变换器中的低频振荡现象。仿真结果表明,低频振荡现象的发生会增加输入电流的总谐波畸变,从而降低系统的功率因数。通过简化分析发现,低频振荡实际上是由系统后级的Forward变换器发生了Hopf分岔而引起,并据此给出系统的稳定性边界。最后进行了实验研究,验证了仿真和分析结果。本研究有助于更好地理解单级PFC变换器中的非线性动力学行为,对该类系统的设计具有一定的指导意义。From the accurate state equations of single-stage power-factor-correction (PFC) converter, the low-frequency oscillation phenomena of such converter are observed via numerical simulation. Simulation results show that the low-frequency oscillation may enhance total harmonic distortion (THD) of input current, thus decrease the system's power factor. From the simplified analysis, it is found out that the low-frequency oscillation is essentially caused by the Hopf bifurcation of the forward stage of the system. The stability boundary is also given according to this analysis. Finally, experiment is carried out so as to verify the results from simulations and analysis. The study in this paper is helpful to better understand nonlinear dynamics of single-stage PFC converter, thus is also of instructive significance for the practical design.
